ABOUT CANADIAN OYSTER DISCOVERY
Julie Qiu (In A Half Shell) and Michael-Ann Rowe (creator of the Canadian Oyster Festival NYC) are teaming up to take a small group through an interactive tasting Canada's finest oysters.
We will focus on one Canadian region and two varieties from the three unique region and discuss how the environment, climate, and farming technique makes the oyster unique. To complement the lecture, students will receive 10 freshly shucked oysters and a complimentary beverage.
